Policy

HDN Inc. recognizes the importance of information assets used in healthcare and related businesses and works to maintain appropriate confidentiality, integrity and availability according to the scale of our operations, the information involved and relevant risks.

Controls

We maintain responsibility and procedures for security, restrict access on a need-to-use basis, apply authentication and logging where appropriate, educate personnel, manage devices and media, assess service providers according to risk, and respond to suspected incidents with investigation, containment, notification and remediation as required.

Continuous improvement

We review and improve our controls as laws, technologies, threats and business operations evolve.
